2012 Papier Mache Pumpkin 008

Some folks believe the paste used to make this pumpkin came from crushed werewolf bones found in an ancient cemetery but the truth is that it was made by me my small shop in Midland, Michigan.

This pumpkin is unique and took approximately two weeks to complete using a variety of papier mache techniques and recycled materials. The pumpkin is hand painted and finished with a variety of oil stains and urethane.

Height: 14 inches
Weight: 5 pounds

This pumpkin is intended for interior use only.

NOTE: The inside of the pumpkin is painted flat black. To illuminate the interior it is suggest that a sheet of yellow or orange craft foam be placed inside the pumpkin to create a nice pumpkin-like glow when lit with a low watt light bulb. Do not use real flames or light bulbs that generate high heat.
